We believe it is important to protect marine ecosystems and contribute to healthy lives and vital seas, now and for generations to come. Although we are not directly active in fishing, we contribute to a more sustainable supply chain through conscious and responsible sourcing. That is why we have a sustainable procurement policy with clear principles for selecting and assessing our suppliers and the origin of our seafood.

• Working with suppliers that comply with applicable fisheries legislation and are committed to combating illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
• Taking the impact on fish stocks and marine biodiversity into account when sourcing, and promoting responsibly managed fisheries.
• Focusing on transparency and full traceability of our seafood, from origin to delivery.
• Carefully selecting and assessing suppliers based on their contribution to a sustainable and responsible seafood supply chain.
• Actively promoting sustainable seafood practices and working with our partners to further improve the sustainability of the supply chain.
